All preferences regarding the desired result are discussed and agreed upon with the client before the procedure begins. By booking the service, the client acknowledges and accepts the selected characteristics. We are not responsible if, after the procedure is completed, you are dissatisfied with the chosen curl, length, volume, style, color, or any other aesthetic preferences.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy: A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. In the event of a cancellation, regardless of the reason, or a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable and will be retained. By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation and no-show policy.
